“PROUD OF JESUS” was envisioned in 2012 by a believer who was born in a Muslim family in India and received his early education in a Catholic school. Because of his childhood education and upbringing in diverse faiths, he is struggling with his belief that “religion is an evolution of the perception of beliefs” and he seeks guidance.
It is his belief that the peoples of all faiths are created by the same loving God and are all oriented toward the same God as their ultimate destination, and will be judged based on their actions. Being PROUD of Jesus does not mean that we can disregard or disrespect other religions. On the contrary, the Church has said that other religions, though different from our own, often reflect “a ray of that Truth” which enlightens all human beings. (Nostra Aetate, a. 2) – “PROUD OF JESUS” was finally introduced to the public in Jan. 2017 as a movement of ‘Pride In Christ’ by a small group of believers to bring glory to Christ in a much more meaningful way.
It is our hope that Biblical significance of being PROUD of Jesus would become part of the sermons of Christian leaders in churches of all denominations in the years to come. Let’s hope that ‘PROUD OF JESUS’ would transcend Churches, Synagogues, Mosques and temples of all denominations because His teachings are worthy of PRIDE, every word that came out of the lips of Jesus had a meaning, teachings of Jesus are commonly shared . He was a model for behavior and social harmony… 1 Corinthians 1:10 · Colossians 3:13-14
God, If I hurt others, give me the strength to apologize, if people hurt me, give me the strengthen to forgive!
Be kind and forgive one another as God forgave you. – Ephesians 4:32 esv
“If you love only those who love you, what is great in that?” – St. Matthew 5:46
God works in mysterious ways to accomplish something because His ultimate summations are far beyond what the limited human mind can comprehend!
* Love doesn’t necessarily breed pride but pride breeds love.
